Visa Appointment
Gary and I went to the Visa office to apply.
The Church has just started working with a third
party who helps set up appointments and show us the
ropes. We were grateful for their help.
Sister Williams was also there for her appointment.
Sister Kunkle came as Sister Williams Companion.
We were required to obtain pictures (not smiling)
to use on our Visa form.
YIKES!
The Visa office was well run and they were pretty efficient.
We were pleasantly surprised
on Friday evening. This representation of the plan of
salvation was on the white board. I LOVE this so much.
I remember learning this in Primary and then teaching it
to Primary aged children many years later.
They are trying to help him log in to his Family Tree
account so he can upload information on his deceased
parents and grandparents
More pictures with Paulo (far right). He speaks French and
a little bit of German. We had a French speaking member on
the phone and another French speaking member in the
room trying to get the Family Tree/Search uploads to take.
This is Gary with one of our newer members.
Gary is explaining some points of doctrine.
The new members love to look at Gary's triple
combination which he has had since his first mission
in the 70's. He has many passages marked and he
can explain doctrine easily.
Our daughter in law, Sallie, posted this.
I love it because important things
are simple and peaceful.
Our daughter, Chelsea, sent me this
photo that she will hang in her home.
It shows the beauty of this earth
that God has provided for us.
