Office Senior Missionary Work

This is Gary in his office at the Berlin Mission Offices
located at Zerbster Strasse 42

This is Louise's desk space.  I use my laptop more than the
desktop but both are available.

This is the lobby of the mission office.

This tree is located just outside of our balcony window.

These are some of the packages that families have
mailed to their missionaries.  All packages are delivered
to the Mission Office and then we distribute them at
Zone Conference.

Shopping Carts require a coin to unlock the baskets from each other.
Once a customer returns the basket to the rack, the coin is returned.

In this grocery store, there is a cart escalator from the
parking garage into the store.

Gary at Edeka - just finished shopping.

There is no time to bag groceries at the checkout stand.
So, we put them back in our basket and take them to
our car where we then load them into reusable bags.

This is Checkpoint Charlie:  It was the most
famous border crossing between East and West
Berlin during the Cold War.

It was named "Charlie" because it was the third checkpoint for the Allied forces.
It was a major point of tension, famously hosting a standoff between Soviet
and American tanks in 1961.

Picture of Ronald Regan at the checkpoint.

Stacks and stacks of Book of Mormons getting ready
to be taken to Zone Conference for distribution.

It's a great life!  Have joy in the journey.
